Single en-suite attic room available

Single room with shower en-suite in the attic of my 2 year old house.

Its a nice room at the top of the house. Very private. You could simply come in the front door and go straight up stairs if you wished. Unlike a lot of live-in landlord situations, there is no having to walk through and past anyone to get to the kitchen or the bathroom.

The village is extremely quiet and rural. There is no bus or shop. However, there is a great village pub, the Jolly Farmers that's excellent and does good food. York is 14 mile and its a good quick run and half an hour drive. Malton is approx. 5 miles away and has a ranges of shops.

The room would suit a mature professional, (working from home can be considered but no shift workers - sorry); - someone who is quiet, domesticated clean, tidy and outgoing. I'm not looking for anyone into late nights or partying. Equally, if you like to keep yourself to yourself and have privacy, that's important and would be respected.

You'd be responsible for keeping the room and its en-suite shower-room clean, but I take care of the rest !
