Bedroom with sea view

As partners and live in landlords we have a double bed, bedroom to offer for self catering lodging within an 'artists retreat' type cottage in a rural area 5 miles inland from Saltburn-by-the-sea in the village of Lingdale surrounded by farmland and a wildlife meadow.
We hwo bathrooms upstairs and down. Shared kitchen facilities, dining room and lounge with log fire are shared with the live-in landlords, both profssional artists who also run painting holidays from the studio spaces in the attic, the outdoor studio and art gallery.
We are looking for a working person or student who would appreciate a quiet environment to live. We are open to listen to different requirements from any interested people looking for lodgings in terms of their length of stay leading to a viewing and an intial informal interview. The monthly charge would include all bills and council tax. We have free WIFI but no TV. We often watch films or documentaries online on a large screen in the evenings. If you need a TV in your own room you would have to sort your own TV licence out.
