Double room, in a 4 bedroom house.

I'm looking for a professional to share the living space with.

You must be ok with cats (no allergies) as it’s her house really! 🙂
It’s a large 4 bedroom detached house, with a garden, and a double driveway.
The bedroom available is a double room. Dimensions 3287mm (10'9") x 3510mm (11'6").

I’ve listed the room as unfurnished, but it does include a double bed. You could bring your own items of furniture to add to it.
You will have sole use of the main bathroom, as my room is en-suite.


You will have shared use of the main living spaces, those being the kitchen and lounge. I do like online gaming, so don’t watch tv much.
The rent includes all bills, including 300Mb fibre broadband. Only your food is not included.

The deposit is a months rent.
Rent is to be paid by bank transfer, monthly.
To give some security to both parties, we would agree by email that the notice period to leave is one month, and the value & date of the rent.


The location is approximately 15 mins walk from the bus/train station. With the nearest shops within 10 mins.
