Room for rent within a 4 bed semi detached dormer bungalow in a desirable area of Ormesby. Easy access to A19, A66 and A174. Wifi and TV point in each room and parking available with all bills included. The living room, bathroom and kitchen will be shared. £100pw.

I am looking for a professional working person or student between the age of 18 and 45 who can converse with people of all ages. The house has 4 bedrooms but I am only looking to rent out one room initially. I am out of the house a lot so whoever moves in to the property will have the house to themselves most of the time.

Everything you should require near by/ shops/ bars /banks /takeaways etc all within a few mins walk. you will only be approx 1.5 miles from Middlesbrough James Cook University Hospital, 2.5 miles to Teesside University, 4 miles to Wilton site. There is a good regular bus service from near by to these places, there is also a secure garage that you can use for a motorcycle, bicycle etc.
