The house is in a private pleasant area, the rooms are priced from £120 to £135pweek ,
They all have TV s and are fully furnished .
The property is safe and and quiet and for your own peace of mind the rooms are lockable.
All utility bills are inclusive inc wifi , The property is part of a professional house share.
The house consists of a comunal living room a first floor good sized bathroom with toilet shower, bath washbasin and plenty of cupboard space , there is also a second toilet with hand basin on the first floor landing.
The kitchen Well equipped with ample cupboard space and a dining area. The house is in a pleasent part of eston/normanby which is on the outskirts of middlesbrough .i think you will find just about everything you should require near by/ shops/ bars /banks /takeaways etc all within a few mins walk. You will only be approx 6 miles from middlesbrough/stokesley stockton/ redcar/ james cooke university hospital /roseberry park hospital, the wilton works ..dorman point , tees docks are only 5 mins away ,approx 10mins by bicycle or bus, also there is a good regular bus service from near by to these places, there is also a secure garage that you can use for a motorcycle, bicycle etc. contractor workers /short term lets are very welcome, i dont cater for full time stay tenants or accept couples.
