Downstairs, exclusive dining/sitting room, with further TV, and with Double Glazed French doors opening on to spacious patio and garden. This is not a shared living room, despite what the tick boxes indicate, and is for exclusive private use.

We are situated a few miles south of York, and have a regular bus service into the city. The park and ride facility at the Designer Outlet on the A19, is about ten minutes away, and the University is about ten to fifteen minutes drive from the house.
The village is delightful, with a friendly pub overlooking the green and the duck pond. The pub serves wholesome home cooked meals for those evenings when you don't feel like cooking. This is a quality environment away from the madding crowd, but within an active village community. There is a theatre group, keep fit classes, large playing fields with football, cricket, tennis and bowls all available.

Would suit a mature, clean and tidy professional person who enjoys to relax in the country, but does not mind a short commute to work.

Previous tenants who have found the accommodation particularly suited to their needs, have been those working away from home during the week, but travelling home at the weekends, which has allowed time for us to service the accommodation over the weekend.
