The double room is large with quality furniture and a memory foamed mattress double bed. Double aspect with lovely gardens to relax in and parking for your car. Access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area if required, although the room is equipped with a large state of the art TV and full sky package for your personal use.
Non smokers only and professional, has suited in the past police officers and fire brigade staff so Anti social shift work hours are accomadated.
This lovely home is a really friendly place, with the obligatory Labrador for added security. Covid aware and fully cleaned at all times the rental includes all bills except council tax which may or may not be required depending upon if it’s your main base or just your week day living area. Friendly, clean and respectable people only please. An idilic place to live.
