Light airy clean & well decorated single room on the top of four bedroomed Victorian three storey Terrace. The room faces the garden, with a mahogany table/wardrobe table/chair with bedside light, chest of draws, wood floor with rugs over. The window is secondary double glazed, opens partly or fully and up to present fire regulations.
The house is central heated, well decorated and has fire alarms fitted on each floor.
Parking Front and Rear and WIFI provided.
The large family bathroom with bath/shower is located on the second floor for tenants use only decorated to a good standard with bathroom rugs over with tiled floor.
I have a rescue trained Labrador/Sheepdog dog who is well behaved and is outside during the day and in on an evening to sleep.
Good quality bed linen is provided also soft fluffy towels which will be washed regularly during your stay. Tea & Coffee Facilities are provided in your room.
Pickering is on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors with easy access to York, Scarborough, Helmsley & Whitby by car. Good bus route stopping on Eastgate. The house is central heated 5 mins walk into the town Centre and has a Co-op, fish shop with Cafe, an Indian Restaurant & Chinese takeaway on the same street. Pickering is host to many Special Events including War Weekend & Festival Nights.
I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean, tidy & honest, respectful of present tenant, myself and my home as well as possessions. My tenant also possess these qualities and has been with me for several years. I would like someone ideally Monday to Friday so would probably suit a professional person travelling home on a weekend.
A bond is required which will be returned in full on departure providing you adhere to the conditions which are as follows:-
Rent weekly in cash in advance
One months trial
On departure one month notice is required or the bond will be forfeited
Any breakages to be replaced like for like or taken out of your bond
Two references one from current employer or previous employer where you have worked for at least two years.
One from a professional person or previous landlord/lady.
