Hello. My name is Alice, and my partner, Fraser, and I are looking for someone to move into a spacious double bedroom that we have free.

We are living in a lovely cottage in a beautiful, rural village on the outskirts of York and just off the A19. Only 15 minutes drive from York City Centre.
The spare room is furnished with basic furniture and a double bed and the rest of the house is furnished with all the essentials (washing machine, dishwasher, sofas, tables, pots, pans etc.), which we are happy to share.

Rent: £550 pcm for single occupancy (including bills and utilities). Couples are considered. Fortnightly professional cleaning included.

About the Cottage:
We live in a beautiful cottage in a village called Riccall, which is just off the A19.
Upstairs, the cottage has 3 spacious rooms - 2 large bedrooms and an office/spare room. Downstairs, we have a spacious lounge with an open fire (which we light regularly in winter), and we have a large kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table, a small pantry complete with a washing machine, a downstairs cupboard for storage and a bathroom complete with a bath and an overhead shower. We also have an outbuilding in the garden for extra storage. We have a lovely garden which surrounds the house, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ.

A bit about us:
I am a child and adolescent psychotherapist, I like hockey and we keep the house clean and tidy but we're not strict on cleaning. We both love films, music, food, cooking, going for walks and going to the pub! And we also have an outdoor cat.
