Although I am letting a room, you would be getting the best of both worlds.
I will be living away for most of the month and only really spending maybe 2 weekends and holidays in the property.
The main caveat would be a live in cat ( which my neighbour could feed), but if you like cats then we could come to an arrangement.
It's a great price, to basically be living in the house by yourself.
I expect the property to be maintained to a high standard and neighbours to be respected.
It's in a lovely part of Richmond and in walking distance from the town.
