Flat in Richmond North Yorkshire

Fresh and easy going living space. I like a nice kept place but do not want and uptight home, so the place is minimal and easy to look after, fresh and modern but still cozy and rural feeling.

The town is beautiful and the location is great for access to hudswell woods, the river, the castle and town.

I will be living in the Lake District for work most of the time and will keep my room locked unless you have guest every now and then you’d be welcome to use it, providing it’s cleaned and changed for my return.

Brand new kitchen, clean and functional bathroom, your room is bright with huge four poster bed, can discuss swapping to the purple room if desired, flexibility to change furniture around. If necessary/ change the bed.

Bills included, private parking ( but it’s a race to get the spot) be prepared to park on the street sometimes. Shared storage spaces are not desirable but an option to store bikes etc.

Possible Army accommodation, 10 mins from Catterick. Can arrange longterm/ short term depending on person.

I want a responsible, proactive but relaxed person who can take care of a house and themselves. I work a physical job so it’s likely when I’m home I will want to relax and spend time resting in the living room and cooking.

Love animals so pets are more than welcome but I can’t cope with really loud, yappy dogs, I have an elderly lady below, and don’t want to disturb her.
