City centre flat with 1 other housemate. Liberal, friendly household with free food for days!
Currently looking for a lodger/housemate who shares similar interests and acceptance who'd be interested in working together to enjoy a home that we can enjoy (short-long term!) The decor is not final, and your artistic influence could be considered! - also worth noting that we have a big projector to share + retro games!
I currently have a flat that I am working on that's mostly, but not totally furnished. Help would be appreciated! as a result, the rent is only £275 p/m, though will likely rise to £300ish p/m inc bills once furnishing is complete which is still below the average rate in Ripon :) this of course can be negotiated!
As I care deeply about getting along with a housemate, it is important we share similar interests and wavelengths so I have a preference for LGBTQ+ folks, allies, or those part of associated communities. Additionally, vegans and vegetarians heavily preferred, though not essential.
As I'm basically not rushing and hoping to live with someone I can hang out with, be friends with etc - it's important to me that we click. The small room in question has a Simba mattress, solid wood frame, desk, solid large wardrobe with drawers mirror and soon some other practical pieces of furnishings :)

No allocated parking sadly, though you can park for free 5 minutes walk away or pay £25 per month for a permit! At Sainsbury's :)
