Double room to rent very near the hospital.

Hi!

I have a spacious room to rent from mid February Very close to Scarborough hospital (5 minute walk).

The rooms are nicely furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a large built in wardrobe.

It’s a detached house with a large garden (front and back) driveway and garage. It has a large living room and also has a large kitchen/conservatory which also has a sofa and flat screen tv on the wall. It’s located on a cul-de-sac so it’s also very quiet, and has street parking right in front of the property. It has all the basic amenities, large fridge/freezer, washing machine. High speed internet (virgin media) is included in the rent.

All bills are included in the price as is a cleaner who comes once a week.

I am clean and tidy so would also like to live with someone who treats the house like it’s their own.
