We have a spacious double room to rent in our large seven bedroom house.

The bedroom has been recently redecorated and includes a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, dresser, lamp and wash basin

There is a large lounge complete with television and dining area

There is a spacious kitchen which includes a shared(with our other tenant) fridge, freezer and microwave.

There is a shared bathroom that comprises of bath, shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet

There is a parking space available on the drive.

We are situated in a quiet residential area that is ten minute walk into town and the beach.

There are local shops five minutes away as well as takeaways, pubs and leisure centre.

All utilities and council tax are included in the rent.
