Room in nice area - close to hospital/station.

I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my first floor apartment. It's in a good location close to Manor Road/Scalby Road area, 10 minute walk to the hospital, 15 minutes to the train station and 10 minutes to Falsgrave. It's close enough to town .....but also far enough away! There is plenty of on street car parking which doesn't require a permit. I am also situated close to main bus routes.

Although I am advertising this as a room to rent, you would have the property to yourself a lot of the time.

You would need to be OK with a dog as I have a very friendly Patterdale Terrier who will be there sometimes if I'm at home.

I've advertised the room as unfurnished but it can be furnished if required. There is currently a bed in the room but this can be removed if not required. The room is a decent sized double room with fitted wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space, next to the bathroom at the rear of the property. The room has been decorated this year with a new carpet. New bathroom due to be fitted in the autumn.

I've recently had some work done to the outside of the property and there is a large, newly paved and fenced courtyard garden which is an absolute sun trap in summer months. There are table and chairs to sit out.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy, reasonably quiet, working person who will treat the property with respect. I'm on very good terms with my neighbours and would like it to stay that way.
