Dimensions of the room are 17 x 13ft. Renter must be pet friendly as we have a dog (lab) and a cat. No private sitting area however, it is a large home with three reception areas so plenty of room for relaxing. Large 3.5 acre garden so if you like the countryside, this home is ideal. Spacious drive so plenty of room for parking. We are a tidy household so would expect our tenant to respect this and maintain their room and bathroom accordingly. Due to back-word, room available immediately. Preferably female tenant but will chat to prospective male lodgers too.
