There are 2 parking spaces allotted to the flat, and ample free parking for visitors. It has a shared garden surrounding the building and is only a 30 second walk from the play field, community center and nearest primary school. This is a safe, tidy and relatively quiet neighborhood with friendly community.
I have converted the communal land surrounding the flat into a garden that I have taken responsibility for maintaining. It would be a plus if the person interested in renting the room would be interested in getting involved with the garden too!
