Spare room in family home in lovely village

In the house is me and my 10 year old son. I work full time, and mainly from home.

We have a cat and two goldfish.

There us parking in front of the house for 1 extra car (2 including mine). There us a regular bus service into York from the village. We can a supermarket, bakery, bars/pubs, butcher's, hair salon's etc. We have good amenities in Stamford Bridge.

My son lives with me 50% and with his dad 50% so he's not always here.

All bills included included water, electricity, gas, internet.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, beside table and chair. It's a bright and airy room. Gets lot's of natural light and sunshine. I can provide a TV for the room if needed as well.

The bathroom is semi shared -: with my son, but is right outside this room so easily accessible upstairs. We have another bathroom and downstairs toilet so plenty of space

We have a main living room and a second living area in the conservatory. We have a small garden but do have outside space.
