Quirky house with double bedroom available now

Hi, my name is Lena and looking for a lodger for one of the double rooms.

I’m 31 years old with 2 dogs (that don’t make much noise) but do love people so if you’re not a dog lover then sorry this probably isn’t the place for you.

A bit about me:
I’m a hard working professional kitchen designer 5 days a week but I also own a catering business (which I run from home) it means there’s treats from time to time it does however mean I’m looking for someone clean and tidy but more importantly I want someone who I’ll enjoy living with.

I have a huge passion for food, board games and I play sports (normally) 5 days a week. If you’re into any of them things then we will probably get along just fine. I watch a decent amount of films and box sets as-well, so there’s always something to binge as a house.

Location
The house is 10-20 minute drive to York and about 20 minutes to Leeds with great bus transportation to both so it’s great if you work in either.

All I ask of the new lodger is you respect the space and keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

If you are part of a couple I’m happy to charge a little more to stay in the house however this will be up for discussion at a later date.

A bit about the rooms:
The bedroom available is a spacious double with a triple wardrobe and double bed. Redecorating can be discussed.

The communal space is a great place to just chill. I’m happy to have people viewing the house most days just drop me a message.

My housemate is a girl called Brianne and she’s super lovely and wholesome she’s been living here for 14 months so far and is planning on being here for another year as well so it’ll be important that you meet us both when you come to view the house. We both have partners so don’t spend too much time in the house over weekends.
