Spacious Double Bedroom In Thriving Area Of York

The double bedroom comes with a double bed, two built in wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers.

The house has a small yard with a bike shed. There is free on street parking in front of the property. The living room and kitchen are both shared, and we’re looking for someone who is interested in being relatively social in the house.

There are two people living here, one male one female. One of us will be living here full time whilst the other will be here Monday to Friday.
The property is close to York uni, only an 8 minute walk from the popular Bishopshorpe Road, and the centre of York is a 20 minute walk.

The type of person we're looking for is someone who is relaxed, clean, and sociable. We enjoy watching Netflix and Amazon Prime or even playing video games on evenings and even going to the local pub quizzes. Both of us are vegetarian so we would prefer someone who is also a veggie. Initially the contract is 3 months with the possibility of extending it.
