The space is beautifully decorated with everything you could need. A decent size kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, a large living room with TV, a modern bathroom with a bath (and shower) as well as a small patio which amazingly backs onto the Bar Walls with views of the York Art Gallery and Museum Gardens.

We are ideally situated; just outside of Bootham Bar, close to the river and opposite a Sainsbury's Local. Five minute walk to York St. John University & a short bus journey to Uni of York. Five to ten minute walk to the station and plenty of shops/ pubs/ cafes on our doorstep.

Who you'll be sharing with: We are a fun-loving, easy going young professional couple looking for a considerate & tidy housemate. We are both extremely busy with full time working weeks as well as having hobbies which take up lots of our weekends.

We are asking for £530 per month including bills and council tax. No annoying sign up/ agency fees as we are with a lovely private landlady.
