We are looking for a short term renter. Minimum 2 weeks, max 2 months.

This is a loft room with en-suite in our semi detached family home. We are very relaxed and easy going. Myself, my husband and son currently living on the premises.

The kitchen/dining room is a shared area with all facilities included, kitchenware, washing machine, dishwasher plus a dryer. The shared living area has TV with Amazon/Netflix that can be used.

We are almost directly opposite a bus stop (No 4) with a route into town, it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the City centre and approximately 10 minutes to walk to Acomb shops.

Ample parking on the drive way or directly in front of the house. Garden area is shared with plenty of seating.

Must be cat friendly, we have one.
