We are looking for a very short term renter - from Sunday 13th Nov to Friday 9th of December. Sunday night to Friday morning but would potentially consider full weeks at £135 p. w.
This is a loft room with en-suite in our semi detached family home. We are very relaxed and easy going. Myself, my husband and son currently living on the premises.
The kitchen/dining room is a shared area and all utensils are provided. A shared living area has TV with Amazon/Netflix. We are almost directly opposite a bus stop (No 4) with a route into town, it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the City centre and approximately 10 minutes to walk to Acomb shops.
Parking on the drive way or directly in front of the house. Garden area is shared with plenty of seating.
