Hi, I'm looking for someone who will take my place in a great two-bedroom house just 5 mins from Racecourse. The room is available unfurnished, but leaving bed may be considered. The house is furnished (sofa, dining table, fridge, microwave, washing machine,...). It's just 15-20min walk to town, 5 min to a local store, bakery and butcher.
The other person living here is a chilling easy going guy.
