A clean, comfortable shared flatlet is coming available from Sept 3rd.. Suit environmentally aware young professional, postgraduate or Uni staff. It’s in a quiet, spacious home on Heslington Lane, Fulford, near Uni of York. You'll be sharing the whole of the upstairs with another female.

The flatlet has two double bedrooms, shower room and living room. You’ll have a large, double bedroom and share the rest.
The kitchen/diner, downstairs, is shared with me. I’m the - friendly! - landlady and I live entirely on the ground floor.

All rooms are in very good condition..

Your spacious room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, lamps.
The little shared living room is comfy and cosy, with a sofa and armchair, coffee tables, bookcases and small TV.
The kitchen/diner has a 5-hob cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all pots, pans and crockery etc with shelf and cupboard space.
There’s a large garden you can also use.
There’s room for you to park your car on the drive, and a lock-up area for bikes.

It’s 10-15 mins walk to the Uni, or a quick bike ride.
There’s a very good range of local shops, with three small supermarkets down the road, as well as a post office; also a very good bus service to town.

You’ll need to be ecologically aware, tidy, clean, quiet and independent.
References and one month’s bond required.
