Fully furnished house for rent located 25min walk from York City Centre and 20 min walk from the University of York. Close to several bus stops and lots of amenities.
The house is available for two months from January 8th to March 12th 2020 while we visit family in Australia. Rent includes all bills except gas and electric, we have a pre-paid smart meter so you can top up at the local co-op when needed.
Please note, the house has two bedrooms but you will only have access to one of the double rooms with small double bed, the other room will be locked for the duration of your stay. You will have full access to the rest of the house which includes; bathroom with both bath and shower, lounge with smart TV, fully functioning kitchen/dining room and large back garden. We have two very friendly, quiet polish chickens, you will not be expected to look after them, we will have someone feed and water them weekly.
