Large double room to rent in newly refurbished house in quiet area of Acomb. Kitchen has washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, utensils etc. Very close to local shops, good public transport links and 35 minute walk to city centre. Driveway, garden with shed and bike storage. Sky television, broadband and all bills included. The room has a bed and a wardrobe. The house has three bedrooms, one is currently occupied and I use one on occasion. I have two dogs (one big and one small) that will be around when I am, so I’m looking for a dog friendly lodger. I’m fairly laid back and relaxed but like to keep the house clean and tidy. Initially looking for a short term let and would reduce the price for a Monday-Friday let.
