About the occupants: Just me and my girlfriend! I'm the 'live-in landlord' but more of a friend. Advertising for female preference as I find females easier to get along with personally. I think the most important thing for my future housemate to have somewhere to call home. I am a happy railway engineer who (pre-covid) spends as much time as possible out the house. I go travelling throughout the year and spend a lot of my time at work or training. I would love to have somebody who is caring and empathetic as I am to live with :)
