Double room to rent near the river

I have a double room available, for a professional, in a 3 bed house from mid-August 2020 or earlier, government social distancing restrictions depending.

I’m Jenny and the current live in landlord of sorts (my Mum owns the property). I am a health professional (outpatients) and lecturer. I enjoy socialising, keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.

I am looking for outgoing, tidy housemates who will treat the house as if it were their own.

The room is on the ground floor (see picture of bedroom with fireplace).

The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and blackout curtains.

All bills are included. We have sky+ with sky cinema, Netflix, Amazon prime and unlimited broadband.
A cleaner comes every two weeks for the communal areas.

House location is a 10 min walk into town, along the river path.

Parking is on the street.

The house is well cared for with all furnishings in keeping with the age of the property.
The bathroom has been renovated with underfloor heating, a waterfall shower and separate, free standing bath.
The kitchen has also been completely renovated last year with a brand new Smeg range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.
