There's a separate lounge and large open kitchen-dining-living room - plenty of space to do your own thing.
Easy 20 minutes commute to York (10 miles) . Personal transport needed for commute due to semi-rural location. Off street parking or secure garage for cycle/motorcycle.

We're looking for a regular part-time arrangement which could be as little as a couple of nights per week arranged in advance, subject to availability as we also advertise on Airbnb.
Weekly or monthly arrangements possible, depending upon your circumstances.
Rent depends on the term - eg for a minimum of 2 nights it could be equivalent to £40 per night, less if you're able to commit to 4 nights (£120 per week) or even full time for £600 per month in advance - get in touch to discuss your requirements.
