Short term double room in friendly house

***Room available for seven weeks - from 1st October to 18th November, bills included, £99 a week - we are flexible in between these dates***

We live in the North of York about 10 minutes walk from York St John University and a 10
minute cycle/ 30 minute walk to the centre of town.
The room is medium sized with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe. It's bright and clean and gets lovely evening sunlight.

We have a spacious garden which gets sun throughout the day. We grow vegetables and enjoy sitting out in the garden to eat meals together in the summer. There is a garage to keep bikes, a large living room, a well equipped kitchen and a dining room. There is free, on-street parking for cars.

Rose (21) is an art graduate working in a cafe in York. She is studying a part time course horticulture and enjoys painting and drawing.
Maisie and Matt (21 and 22) are a recent graduate couple who share one of the rooms. They are friendly and both work in cafes in town. They enjoy craft beer, cooking, and socialising with housemates over a drink in the
evenings.
Alice (30) is an occupational therapist and works across Yorkshire. She is often out during the day and enjoys reading, cooking and tending houseplants in the evenings. She has a lovely partner who often comes over to socialise with us in the evenings.

We'd love someone who is friendly, chilled and enjoys living with others. We often spend time together in the evenings. We'd like a housemate who will be quiet after 11pm. The house is cosy, but the walls are fairly thin, so ideally you would not mind being able to hear other housemates in their rooms.
We'd like someone who is socially and environmentally conscious, some housemates are vegetarian. We don't mind meat in the house, but love cooking vegy together.
