Good sized double room with lovely flatmates

Double room

We are looking for friendly flatmate(s) to join us here in the city center. The flat is at the inner side of the wall, in a quiet street, on the second floor, near to the Walmgate Bar.

The Sun keeps the whole flat bright through the daytimes. The room is good sized and comes with a wardrobe.

FURNITURES ON THE PICTURES ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE LEAVING TENANTS (and they are taking them. The cat is theirs too).

INCLUDED:
balcony, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, bicycle storage (lockable, outside of the main building), parking (not free!)

The contract is directly from the landlord.

We are friendly, open-minded, nice. Both of us speak English.

We are looking for furnitures ATM, let us know if you want to join the furnishing effort (with items or ideas).
