The stunning home is walking distance to the University and town and is next to the A64. Bus route to the city centre & railway station.

I am friendly and sociable person who moved to York 3 years ago and currently working from home. Just finished decorating the house and just me that lives there.

Looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, early bird, international/postgraduate/mature students who is tidy and quiet.
