New carpets have been fitted and the house is in great condition, and in a lovely location near Rowntree Park and the Bishy road shops. 1 months rent in advance is required and then monthly payments of £450, and a deposit of £520. The previous bills package was £96 a month but it's been changed to accurately match energy usage, so will probably be less, and the WiFi is £13.50 a month. You can move in immediately and the referencing process only takes a week. That's everything:) Please let me know if you are interested or want a viewing.
