Looking for a tenant to stay in a spacious double room in a 4 bedroomed, well-situated house with 3 lovely female students at the University of York. The house is a 10 minute walk from York St. John's University, 30 minute bus ride or 15 minute cycle to the University of York, and a 20 minute walk to town. Available from now until July 31st.

All bills are included, including broadband, heating, Tv license and electrics and there is also on street parking as well as a secure shed in the secure garden for storage.

Amenities include; a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fan oven and grill, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

There are two bathrooms; one with a bath and shower and the bedroom available comes with a sink. The house is situated within a couple minutes walk from a Sainsbury's and Heron foods, and there are plenty of cafes and takeaways within the vicinity. The number 6 and 19 buses run regularly from nearby and it is a 20 minute walk from the train station.
