Double room with huge gardens

Hi! Nice to meet you, my name is Imogen!
I have been living in this house for the last year, however my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend in July, and so I am looking for a new housemate!

Its an part furnished room - there is a small desk and built in wardrobes/storage, but you would need a bed/mattress.
The room itself is a double, but is on the smaller side, and thus your rent is less than half. There is a downstairs 'office' room that you can also make use of, as i have minimal things in there.
Theres a driveway for a car, and a shed for bikes, as well as a beautiful floral front garden, and a lovely back garden.

There is one bathroom and kitchen which we would share, and the living/dining area would also be shared.

I would describe myself as a total foodie that loves cooking and eating out! I currently have a cat, so if you are allergic my home might not be suitable for you!
