Cozy room in Fulford

This room is in fabulous location, very close to University and City Center (15-20min), supermarkets and pharmacy (Sainsbury, Aldi) and Millenium bridge park (-5min)

The house is in very good conditions, as you can see, we like keeping things clean and tidy.

We are looking for a Student or Professional that would like to join my current flatmate for at least a year tenancy starting on 9th September (possibilities of staying longer if wanted too). Desirably we are looking for someone with working/studying patterns, who likes a relaxed and quiet life with the casual going out nights.

Current roommate is a PhD student at the university. Looking for someone who is friendly, ideally introverted and respectful roommate. She’s quite busy so typically in her room when working from home or relaxing in the shared living space, looking for someone who is easy to get on with.

The double room comes semi furnished (has some closets and shelves) but you can decide to buy and keep my room furniture or not, up to you :)

Bills are usually 70£ a month, including everything plus broadband. If you’re a student you don’t pay for council tax, but if you’re a professional you might need to do so. Council tax Band A.

If you’re a student without income, you might need an U. K. guarantor. PhD students preferred.
