Small Double room Acomb

PLEASE READ ALL OF AD BEFORE MESSAGING.

Female only.

Small double room in Acomb becoming available once my current housemate has moved out. Should be by the 20th March.

Landlord and estate agents have given permissions for us to advertise the room so we can find someone suited for the house.

The bedroom itself comes with no furniture as he will be taking everything with him.

There are two sofas and a TV in the living room that will be staying. The front room will be getting turned into a second living room in order to give space in the house for both of us.

All the Bills are currently setup and would be split 50:50 with other tenant. They currently add up to around £675.

In the kitchen you would get a large 3 shelf cupboard to yourself and would share space (50:50) of the large fridge and decent sized freezer with the other tenant.

The back room has a washing machine and second toilet downstairs. The downstairs toilet we only have used in summer time as that back room gets very cold.

Council tax band B I believe.

Due to me being quite noise sensitive this would not suit someone who wants to blast their music till the early hours 😅
