The house is a two storey house with one main en-suite double , one study and one single room, a lounge, kitchen, conservatory, garden, bathroom(not a shower room), downstairs toilet, garage and two car parking spaces .

Your room is the single incl bed, desk, chair, double rail clothes hanger, chest drawer & table lamp.

Rent incl council tax, water , gas , electric , internet , TV license, your own fridge freezer and food cupboard space.

A month notice if you decide to move or we want to terminate the contract.
Rent pay in advance on the 1st of the month by bank transfer.
