Double Room in Rawcliffe, York

We have a double room available in a shared house. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and utility.
We are located close to the ring road so easy access in and out of York city centre.
Located near Clifton Moor retail park, and walking distance to the number 2 park and ride bus. We have a cat who is very friendly even though thinks she rules the house 😂
There is space on the drive for a car, or garage space for a bicycle if needed.

The room is technically unfurnished, however there is a built in wardrobe and there is potentially a bed frame available.
All bills included except water, which is paid quarterly (usually around £25-£30 each quarter).
Current housemates are both 27 and female. One works in insurance and the other in education.

We are looking for either a guy or girl between 25-35 who is social and enjoys a good drink with friends on a weekend. We would love for the third person to feel like a friend and not just a housemate.
We plan to start viewings the first week in September. The room will be available from 1st October.
