There is a patio area at the back of the house with a shed for storing bicycles and extra storage under the stairs for large bulky items such as suitcases. Entrance hall has a long coat rack and plenty of shoe cabinets for convenient storage.

The local shop is one minute walk away and the bus into town stops immediately outside the house. Walking is 30-minutes to the city centre or a quick 10-minute bike ride. On-street parking is available and there are always spaces free on the main street or the streets behind.

The current tenants are two young professional females who are easy-going, sociable and friendly.

The minimum contract is six months with a monthly rolling contract thereafter. Deposit is one month equivalent which is refundable upon termination of the tenancy.
