Are you looking for a friendly, well-maintained home in York? I have two double bedrooms available to choose from in my stylish, modern house just a 10-minute walk from York train station and close to the city centre.

About the Home:

• Modern, contemporary design finished to a high standard
• Smart lighting, OLED TVs, and premium kitchen appliances
• Spacious kitchen, separate utility room, and two bathrooms
• Four-bedroom, two bathroom house, but you’ll never be living with more than two other people (me, you, and one other lodger)
• One room comes with a guaranteed parking space on the driveway
• Clean, tidy, and well-maintained; I’m particular about keeping the home in excellent condition

Current Housemates:

• You’ll be sharing with me (the live-in landlord) and one other flatmate, a 25-year-old female
• We’re sociable, friendly, and enjoy keeping a relaxed but lively atmosphere in the home
• We often go to the gym, explore York’s best restaurants, and enjoy drinks together – we’d love to find a housemate who shares similar interests

Ideal Housemate:
We’re looking for a considerate, tidy, and friendly professional. Ideally, I’d like someone seeking a short-term or part-time lodger position, but I’m open to considering a longer-term stay if it’s the right fit. If you value a clean, well-kept home and enjoy a social yet relaxed environment, this could be a great match.

To minimize the number of visitors to the house, I prefer to start with a video viewing before arranging an in-person visit. This lets you get a feel for the home and see if it’s a good match before coming by in person.
