Hi! For personal reasons I've had to move out of my lovely room in a student house and need someone to take it ASAP. The house is on Arthur Street, off Laurence Street. It's a really convenient location for the University of York and for getting into town, walking distance between them both. There are two other people living in it currently. It has a shared kitchen which is really spacious, two bathrooms, and a living room. Your room would be on the ground floor with a bit of separation from the others so it's great if you like a quieter life!
Water bill is included in the rent, and utilities/wifi are shared across the housemates
