- in total the rent and bills are £190 but it is a shorter contract than most making it nearly £2000 cheaper since other contracts are 12 months long

- 6 minute walk from YSJ
- 25 minute from UOY
- 2 minute walk from asda
- 5 minute walk from retail park

- this is with one other person going into 2nd year who is lovely and fairly quiet but is up for a chat, prefer a female please who is up for a chat and shop, but not very loud person please

- would be suitable to someone who is a fresher who is timid about coming to York and student accomodation is overwhelming for them, and since it’s with a 2nd year they know their way around
