1 room in a 2 bed shared terrace house

1 room in a two bed terraced house with an enclosed garden. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine and a coffee machine (maybe an air fryer too). Downstairs is lovely and open, so is quite social when cooking or hanging out. The garden is south facing so is nice and sunny and I’ve got a few plants and trees in pots. There is shelter for a bike and we have a hammock. The bathroom is nice and the shower is spacious. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the one on offer south facing and getting lots of light.

I work Monday-Friday 8.30-5 ish doing nature restoration just outside of York. I’m often out climbing or hiking on the weekends and go climbing after work too. I try to see live music when possible or pop to a pub with some on too. I’m social at home but we often hang out alone or in our rooms too.

Parking is free on road.
Rent, bills and council tax roughly add up to £750 a month.
