I have a large double room available in my Edwardian town house which has many original features, large rooms high ceilings, original wood floors all of which have been lovely restored. I am close to York University on a good bus route & within walking distance to York city centre. There is a lounge, dining room & large kitchen which includes a gas oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Broadband inc. The property has large well maintained gardens to the front & rear with plenty of parking space ( I use the garage). I am looking for a professional male or female who will respect my home. I am clean & tidy and expect the same with my house guests other than that I am easy going.
