The room has ample storage & the house is situated only few minutes walk from York Hospital, St Johns Uni & Nestle and a max 5 - 10min walk into City Centre. It's has all the mod cons, complete with underfloor heating all round, solid oak flooring, fully integrated kitchen incl dishwasher & washer/dryer, Super fast Virgin fibre optic, 46" LED TV & Virgin TV. The courtyard is a right sun trap and has secure bike storage, cosy Ratten garden furniture for those BBQs and a Hamoc to chill on :-) The living area has a large corner sofa bed also for those friends of yours that may visit York. There is plenty of parking also along the street. A cleaner comes to clean the property on a regular basis which is also included in the rent. This house would make an ideal home for a clean and respectful young professional who wants to live near the city centre.
I have a couple of properties and there is a WhatsApp group to make sure everyone keeps in touch & you don’t miss on any planned events/nights out etc.
