Awesome house with creative types.

Hey there - got 1 cool double room in a shared house on Grantham Drive (Holgate). Yes there is actually a windmill nearby and it works and grinds corn the lot and has an amazing friendly community. House is 15 mins walk to York centre with a bus every 5 mins. Also regular buses direct to Heslington University. I am a film makers so there is always something going on and me and my gang know all the movers and shakers. Although my partying days are less these days.
Lockable room includes double bed, drawers etc, fast wi fi, garden, shed with spare bikes in and some storage if needed, gas cooker, awesome shower, all freshly decorated and shared living room with TV. Off road parking on very quiet street with lovely neighbours and a 3 legged fox that's not shy. Local Acomb shops very close, Dr's, artisan cafes, libraries, 7 retro charity shops, and Morrisons supermarkets 5 mins walk. Overseas people on a new adventure also welcome as always good to learn swear words from each other. Been renting for 10 years+ and stayed friends with everyone.
