Room in Nicely Furnished Shared House

Hi, this is a 4 bed house on gale lane with a spacious Garden and covered patio.


There are two rooms but one has been rented both are a decent size and come with a double bed and wardrobe, if you don't want any of this furniture I can remove, I am on the top floor so there will be two or three of us in total.
Flexible with term or rental and will supply a contract for the preferred term.

There is a covered patio leading to the garden round the back this area is great in summer for bbqs or whatever or a suitable place for smokers in the winter.

There is a drive at the front of the house but it is always occupied. There is significant quantities of parking over the road.
I usually park over the road where there is plenty of space and it is overlooked.
Neighbours are nice and the local shop is 1 minute walk away and Lidl is a 10 min walk away.

The bus stop to the centre of town is 4 mins walk away.

We are all tidy and chip in with cleaning and etc. I also have a wood burner which is nice in winter
but the house is gas central heated.
High speed wifi and cable tv in the front room.

No issue with smoker but not indoors.

All bills are included in rent.
