Double Room in Bootham

Hi we have a double room available in our friendly, easy going house in Bootham, the rent is £350 a month including all bills - council tax, internet, electricity, water, gas, everything - and there's even enough left over to buy toilet rolls, cleaning stuff etc

The house is very convenient for the city, it's a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Minster, river and station and there's a Sainsbury's local round the corner.

There's a shared sitting room, kitchen with washer and drier and large bathroom. The yard at the back has a secure shed for locking bikes and there is plenty of on street parking if you have car (you'll need a permit from the council)

The room (available 01 MARCH 2020) is a bright sunny attic room, it's recently been decorated and has new carpet.

We'd like to find a sociable, trustworthy person to fit in with the house. The current house mates are friendly, welcoming adults in full-time employment. This is our home and we'd like to meet someone that will make it their home.
