I have a spare double room available for £600 pcm including bills and broadband. It is a double room with an en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space. There is on-street parking - the road is a cul-de-sac so traffic is minimal.

- the house is in Bishopthorpe, a village on the SW side of York (number 11 bus route) . The house is NOT in Bishopthorpe Rd

The 4-bed house is in Bishopthorpe near the river, easy access to the A64, racecourse and on the cycle track into York. We have 3 pubs in the village as well as a post office.

The house is home to myself and my son but he will be at university most of the year. I work from home most of the week and travel to London 1-2 days for work. We also have a large garden and a friendly but elderly chocolate labrador so a dog-friendly individual is a must.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, sociable and respects our home whilst also feels happy and comfortable living alongside us and our busy lives.
